Convenient location near Monterey/Carmel area. Our room felt clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The central breakfast area/lobby had great lighting during the daytime. The freshly-made pancakes at breakfast were delicious; the made-to-order omelettes also looked huge and yummy, though we didn't try it as the line was long. We were able to use our $15 credit in the gift shop for some afternoon coffee and a local photo card souvenir. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and in the afternoons they offered a snack bar with fresh veggies! This is the best place to stay with a family there's a lake walk and playground just across the parking lot and meet minutes from the aquarium, wharf and Dennis the Menace park!

The hotel was overall very nice. Great location, beautiful hotel that was close to Monterey beach. The only problem was the mattress and the pillows that need to be upgraded. They were old and uncomfortable. Our room had a nice view and a kitchenette that was very useful.

we did stay here with family for one night only, to go for a whale watching. the room we got was spacious, no issue to fit 5 of us in there. we used the car to go to anywhere we wanted to, center of Monterey I do not consider in walking distance. all the hotel area incl the room was clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent. if I need to come to Monterey again, I would choose the same place, no question.

Property is centrally located and easy access to for all Monterey area activities. Room and common areas clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to help make our 20th anniversary special.

Great suite over looking the park/lake. Safe neighborhood & park to walk dogs in. Close to Starbucks, shopping center & restaurants ( Chili's & IN & Out burgers). Microwave & refrigerator 👍 Great complimentary breakfasts & evening cocktails/reception. GREAT STAFF. Silver Tide restaurant food is good.

We stayed here July 2024, and this is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! The staff was super friendly, as soon as we checked in we were received with a friendly smile and a lot of perks! We got a little welcome bag with waters and king size candy :) we also got complimentary drink from 5-7pm which were amazing! Our room was beautiful and clean very spacious. The pool is warm and the gym equipment is 10/10. The following morning we got the complimentary breakfast and that also was very good . Can’t wait to stay at this hotel again :)

The view was nice the room was very clean. We did have plumbing issues but they fixed it asap. They had it where you can text someone at the property if you had questions which was nice and quick. Breakfast was okay delicious inlets but a little heavy on the meat and salt portions. Not a lot of variety for the rest of the buffet options but still good.

Species rooms with bedroom and living room with 2 televisions. Breakfast makes your own omelette station is a surprising edition and a relatively quick, with no wait time. Indoor pool was very helpful in this cold weather.

We enjoyed our stay it was a very clean and spacious room. It was just a few minute drive to the aquarium. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
